30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@luxadom.com to initiate your return

  2. We will provide a prepaid returns label for UK orders

  3. Pack items securely with original documentation

  4. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving your return. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.

Exchanges
We offer direct exchanges for items of equal value. For different sizes or styles, we recommend returning for a refund and placing a new order.

Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, we will cover return shipping costs and process a full refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of wear

  • Products without original packaging and tags

  • Items with odors, stains, or smoke damage

  • Products purchased from physical Luxadom stores (must be returned to store)
