Tinker Hatfield, the iconic footwear designer and creator of the Air Max 90, went back and looked at this running silhouette for Air Max Day 2016. The Special Edition Ultra Superfly Tinker Hatfield combines the Air Max 90 with soccer silhouette, the Mercurial Superfly. The OG Air Max design shines through the majority of the shoe, with the Mercurial influence coming in the form of a extended bootie climbing the ankle. The upper sees a blend of both smooth and textured panels and the colorway is inspired by France with a simple red, white and blue motif. The Special Edition comes complete with a unique hang tag and a distinctive black shoe box.
