Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays).

• Orders placed Monday-Friday before 5:00 PM GMT: Will be dispatched the same business day.

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT, on weekends, or on bank holidays: Will be dispatched the next business day.

UK Delivery Options & Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options for UK deliveries:

• Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days after dispatch. During peak periods (e.g., Christmas), delivery may take up to 5 business days.

Please note: Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

Order Tracking
All UK orders include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the Royal Mail tracking service.

• Secondary Carrier: UPS

Cancellations & Address Changes
You can request to cancel your order or change the delivery address by contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@luxadom.com.

• We cannot guarantee changes for orders that have already been dispatched.

• If you miss the cancellation window, you can return the item upon delivery using our standard returns process.

Payment

• All transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP).

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Apple Pay.

Additional Delivery Instructions
While we include any special delivery instructions provided at checkout on the shipping label, we cannot guarantee the delivery carrier will follow them.
